This teapot is Fine Bone China and would hold 6 cups of tea HOWEVER unfortunately this teapot has what is known as 'black foot' in the industry. This is where imperfections and moisture in the china appear after firing, leaving a black mark around the bottom. There is also a black mark on the lid. Therefore we are selling this as non functional (not suitable for hot drinks ) but it would look amazing on a shelf or even with a beautiful plant in it.
We will be having more of these made in the very near future that will be perfect and suitable for drinks so if you're looking for a teapot to use, please keep an eye on our page for preorders.
